Return guarantee

BMA Ergonomics aims to remove as many old chairs from the market as possible. The more chairs returned, the more material can be recycled. We estimate that roughly half a million chairs will be discarded over the next ten years. Our chair repurchasing scheme enables our suppliers to reprocess all these returned components into fresh raw materials for new chair parts. This process of returning used materials and then procuring new parts with a high percentage of recyclates means BMA is the kingpin in a closed cycle of materials.

 

This means we are implementing the cradle-to-cradle principle in concrete terms, creating a closed technical and biological cycle of materials.
